VOUGELAND believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation & Refund policy. Under this policy:

1. Refund Eligibility:

      • Refunds are available for eligible items as per our Return Policy.

      • Customers may request a refund within 10 days of the purchase date.

    2. Eligible Reasons for Refund:

        • Damaged or defective items.

        • Incorrect item received.

        • Dissatisfaction with the product quality.

      3. Refund Processing Time:

          • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned item(s) and complete the inspection.

        4. Mode of Refund:

            • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

            • For cash on delivery purchases, refunds will be issued through the online payment method

            • For purchases made using credit/debit cards, the refund will be credited back to the same card. It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

          5. Exchanges:

              • Exchanges are available for items that meet the criteria outlined in our Return Policy.

              • If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be provided.

            6. Cancellation Policy:

                • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

                7. No Refund/Cancellation:

                    • We reserve the right to decline a refund or cancellation request if the conditions outlined in our Return Policy are not met.

                    • In cases where a cancellation is not possible, the customer will be notified and the order will be processed as usual.

                  8. Refund Credited Time frame

                  • Once your return is received and approved, we will initiate your refund within [3–5 business days]. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
                  • Please note that depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
